1995

Glen Ramgoolan, along with his two brothers, started making tents to sell at flea markets.

1998

Mike His Nephew Joined to help with the setup

2000

They decided to start renting the Tents instead of selling and add chairs & tables

2003

Kamla his sister joined as Office Manager

2012 

The company supports behind-the-scenes work for films like Pirates of the Caribbean, among others, and they purchased trucks, trailers, golf carts, and more. Shiva His son Joined the Team.

2016 

Glen passed the company on to Shiva, who expanded it by growing the corporate client base and taking on larger events

2024 

Shiva finds partners to invest in new inventory and delegates the daily management of the company. Catalina Mejía becomes the new Director of the company, while Mike and Kamla continue to lead the office and field operations. Shiva continues to provide strategic support for the business
